1. Exchange Policy

At Bruère Jewellery, our aspiration is for every piece to be loved and adored by its wearer. If, however, you find yourself less than fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist with most items available for exchange.

2. Contact Within 24 Hours

If you wish to exchange your piece, kindly reach out to us at info@bruerejewellery.co.za within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll provide the necessary instructions and details for the exchange process.

3. Return Conditions

  • Ensure that the jewellery is returned in its original and re-saleable condition.
  • Items must be returned within 7 business days from the delivery date of your order.
  • For your protection, return the order in the original box and opt for an insured courier. Keep your receipt safe, as Bruère Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
  • Include a note with your return detailing your name, email address, and invoice number for swift processing.

4. Exclusions

Please note that Custom Diamond or Gemstone Jewellery, Personalized Jewellery, and Special Orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Such sales are considered final.

5. Processing of Exchanges

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your new jewellery piece will be dispatched to you. Please remember that we do not refund shipping charges for exchanged items.
