WHERE TO AND HOW MUCH?
Shipping any Bruère jewels to a residential house/complex is a flat rate of R150 anywhere in South Africa. If you are on a farm/plot/township it is R300. Please note if you have bought the wrong size or want to exchange your jewellery item you will be liable to cover the courier cost to return and resend a new parcel.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
We will start with the manufacturing process once payment has been made in full. Please allow 2 to 5 weeks for manufacturing. If we have what you buy in stock, please allow 2 – 5 days shipping from the time your order has been placed. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order’s progress here The Courier Guy Website.
WHAT KIND OF ADDRESS DO YOU NEED?
Please note that a physical address is necessary for shipping within South Africa (no Post Box addresses). Please provide detailed and correct contact information, Bruère Jewellery will not be held responsible for extra costs should a product be returned to us due to incorrect delivery information.
CAN I COME COLLECT?
At this stage, Bruère Jewellery is online only therefore no collection is available.

Please note that you may be liable for customs and import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and/or other local requirements.
